Three months back, I was fortunate enough to work with an incredible young sketch artist named Jordan Giarratano. Jordan was putting together a calendar of wrestlers, a real story of wrestling’s past. I am the month of March, Power Train, named so for his relentless drive and raw, brutal strength. Power Train is the Goliath by which any potential David must be measured to become a hero to the audience. He is feared by many and his intensity breaks but the greatest of champions who face him
We spent a few hours holding poses and sketching and the outcome came out pretty awesome! You can buy this unique one of a kind original calendar at http://inkubatorstorylab.com/calendar/. It makes an awesome holiday gift and it lasts a whole year!
I can only imagine Power Train’s workout in his day and I bet it went something like this…
I wanted to stay away from upper movements to give my shoulder injury some more time to heal
Last night Alex and I started with 8 sets of dips, 5 sets of Flat bench on the Smith machine, 4 sets Flat Flies, and ending with 4 sets cable crossovers
Arms started with barbell curls into machine preacher’s curls, into triceps pushdowns with a rope, then pushdowns with a crooked bar and ending with over head cable triceps extensions
Finishing up on the end of a bench doing wrist curls in both directions, followed by stomach work.
Awesome workout!
Time for a protein drink
size BIGGER!
